How can you not install service and debit my acc

ADT Security offers a good service. That is, until you decide to move before your contract expires. When we were moving, we paid for a complete installation on our new premises. ADT refused to use the existing panick buttons and insisted on payent up front. In fact, from the day I enquired about the installation, they phoned me every day for two weeks, asking when I am going to pay the money. They then gave me a deadline of the coming Friday. I did the transfer to their account on the Wednesday night. That was the last time I heard fro them. No installation took place, I reeived no phone call, and ADT continued to debit my account every month. I sent emails, phoned, and every time I was told they will get back to me. I then put a stop payment on their debit order, and sent them an email that they should either install the system or cancel my contract. The only response that I got, was them putting another debit through for the number of months remaining on my account, and the amount totaling the debits that were returned by the stop order. Beware of ADT! They are unethical and offer nothing to indicate that they care about what their customers think of them
