I was quoted on 8 Nov. My 50% deposit for 2 skylights of R3300.00 was paid on 29 Nov 2013 and accepted.
I then had to call to arrange an installation date. I took a day off work for the installation but they never arrived. I was promised installation on 3 separate occassions but each time i would have to call to see if it was happening on the day. The excuses were numerous, i.e. the weather (understandable) then it was the wrong installation (wasnt meant for me) but in the same area, then the installation team dissapeared with the bakkie and they were trying to 'locate' them. Eventually I cancelled the order on 18 Dec 2013 when I was once again told installation would take place and the installation crew dissapeared. Communication is non existant from their office. I am yet to have my deposit returned as requested, as i have found another company to install before the close of the festive season.
