Cancelation of Contract and repayment

I cancelled my contract on the 27th of November 2013, I followed up with a phone call to MIX telematics to confirm I was told the contract is cancelled. But on the 3rd of January 2014 I was debited for a canceled contract I phoned callcentre on the 6th of January they told me my money would paid back by the Friday I have not yet been paid back
