I had two Sequre safety gates installed and immediately complained about the fitment and some things were missing from the door. I made a big noise at the Rosslyn factory and the factory manager visited three days later. He openly admitted that parts is missing and it was poorly installed. I could not produce a piece of paper they gave me a few days back - warranty. I believe one of our house hold members accidently through it away. He blatantly walk away from their poor fitment and poorly constructed doors.
Last weekend I experienced a house burglary exactly where I complained about their doors and fitment. What is the use of these highly regarded security companies if this is how they treat their customer's safety.
