Poor feedback (aftersales service)

We have contacted Chubb to come and have a look at our faulty alarm system and frequent false alarms. The Chubb officials confirmed on the 15th November that they need to check the whole system because the current installation and hardware (board) is not "good quality" and the pet friendly detectors are apparently not pet friendly.
We waited for Chubb to contact us and assist with our request but to date we did not received any feedback. This after we have phoned numerous times and send emails.
We would like Chubb to sort this before the holiday season and prevent any further false alarms.
