If you want weeks of stress, payment with no action and shocking disrespectful customer service then hire Alpha - Lee-Ann and Nathan. I hired this company on 2 August 13 for a large job - my full front wall and gates. I paid them R10 k on 5 Aug, then again on 26 Aug R18300 which made up the 50% deposit - R28k. I left on holiday on 9 Sep expecting to come back to a completed job. When I got home on 22 Sept, all I had to show for my R28 k was cement slab where the tracks must go. After begging pleading and stress, the palisade panels finally arrived. 3 weeks after that more begging and pleading, the gate frames came on. Then she told me I need to pay a further progress payment before the wood can be put on, so I paid another R10 k. More time passed with no progress. She then called for the wood deposit again. After a disrespectful and hellish argument, she then told me to pay the wood supplier directly. With my back to the wall and out of pocket almost 40 k I paid the supplier and after threatening them, they finished the job - I count myself very lucky. Lee-Ann is a compulsive false promise - 3 months of abuse and. DO NOT TOUCH THEM
