Incorrect billing and poor service

What a poor experience!

I bought the house and needed to take over the ADT Contract. This is the only reason I am with this EXPENSIVE USELESS Company...

First, they bill me more than what I signed for... This is illegal as I signed a debit order authorizing you to take X from my account, you are taking Y... THIS IS!! Also, now I have to pay a FULL years radio fee just after I have signed a new contract 4 months ago AND I payed the FULL years Radio fee...!

I have still yet to receive a single account/invoice/statement from ADT...

I have voiced my complaints before, but useless staff have not been able to help me... they send me in circles with empty promises...

Further more, we go out one night to get take aways... while out, the alarm goes off and I ask them to send someone... I arrive home 25min later only to find no one has been there... I call the response center and their answer to this was "do you still need us to send someone"???!!! What if I walk into my house with an armed burglar..?

Please Refund me all my money you have for non service and overcharge and then I CANCEL!!! debit orders will be cancelled...
