A few months ago I had a rep link me to ADT< he was supposed to have my alarm checked and linked to ADT"s radio office, this was never done even after requests. months and months i complained about the fact that when the alarm did go off that Fadility would arrive and ADT was no where to be seen, I tried to stop the debit orders to get their attention as i was getting no joy emailing or calling< i then went to the Brooklyn office where i spoke to a lady and she made me sign the cancellation forms< (oct/nov) then i got a snotty call from a Leoni who said that i will not get a refund< i said I was paying for a service I clearly didnt get< she called me back later with a better attitude offering me a full alarm inspection and 3 months service free.i even got an amail from a Vusi saying I cannot cancel my contract after i was given the forms to cancel< I was furiuos and lost tthe trust with ADT and just wanted my monies back> since then ADT has still been debting my account knowing full that I am not linked to their radio room. I want my money back and i want them to take me off their debit order mag tape. I spent allot of time and money on this. Enough is enough now.
