3 Months ago we signed up with Chubb security. They came & installed our alarm system. We paid Simba cash for the Radio & Beams. They contacted us to let us know that they are going to link us up. Up & till now nothing has happened but yet our bank account gets debited every month. I have gone so far as to sent the debit orders back as why should I pay if the alarm system is not linked? We contacted them on several occasions where we get told they will contact us back. Now its really out of hand. If I return the debit order they create another debit order with a different amount which is currently becoming a huge problem as this is now affecting my name at the Bank. I tried contacting them again today with no luck. I need this sorted. In actual fact I need someone to contact me in order to cancel this as we have not started off with any service. Can you image should something happen at home & this is the way Chubb responds. Actually I would not like to put our lives in Chubb's hands. The service is pathetic & should not be called an armed response.
