About 2 months ago, I signed up with ADT for Armed Response.
Before signing, I advised Mr Wesley Govender that I need to have my outside beams realigned and a few window contacts need to be replaced. He said to me that since I am not taking their deal for a free alarm system, he would get ADT to sort out my 2 issues at no cost.
A few days later, they sent in a team to install the radio for monitoring but the guys said they were not asked to do anything else.
Now, 2 months later, I still haven't heard from him or ADT. I called him on numerous occasions but all he says is it is going to get sorted out. I have emailed the ADT offices and no one has called me back yet.
Had I known they were so useless, I would never have signed a contract with them. If I do not have this sorted out asap, I will start looking at my options for cancelling this contract. Thank for the Consumer Protection Act.
