We deal with ADT nationally and since we signed on with them over a year ago, we have had the most horrific service. We struggle to get feedback from them on the simplest of tasks, and when a task is completed it is invariable incorrect. We have been waiting over a year to have our alarm system in JB installed properly, and that is after spending R35 000 on it. We have been waiting 2 months for our sms closing/opening details to be changed for our Pretoria branch. We had a break in at our George branch, and ADT issued us with a break in report where they absolved themselves of all blame, but forgot to delete the emails below where they mention how badly the alarm system was set-up. We ordered a lock box for JHB and Pretoria, and instead had 2 installed in JHB... the list goes on... Management (Sanet Pawson) are yet to call me, after numerous requests. I am absolutely amazed that a company like this survives in today's economy.
