A consultant (Ralph) came to sign up my business with chubb over 2 weeks ago. I paid a connection fee of R550 and was given no receipt. When i called the tel no on the paperwork, i was promised a receipt and have recieved nothing to date. A consultant was meant to come out and set up my alarm and noone has come either!
I contacted the sales manager (Kerneels) and he promised to sort out the situation by last friday and i havent heard from anyone fron chubb to date! i would not recommend chubb to anyone!
