This is now the second time i've been handed over to MBD incorporated for an account i cancelled many years ago. I found out that i was listed by Cartrack for a account that i had opened but cancelled when i sold my vehicle. And this happened in March 2013 that i checked with the Credit Bureau if i was listed, and they confirmed this. I communicated with Cartrack before i paid this outstanding amount to the law firm. They then checked their system and spoke to managers and found out i was handed over in 'ERROR'. They provided me with the proof (letter form) and told me they will sort it out in which they did. Recently i recieved a call that i was handed over for the same issue. This is ridiculous as i was told by Cartrack that this was in 'ERROR'. Now i have to pay a fee that i had paid years ago. I'm tired of this as i thought this was in the past, but its come back to haunt me yet again.
Poor service i tell you!
