I did an out right purchase from ADT on an outside beam less than 3 months ago. First issue was a beam going off for cars driving past, it took numerous calls to get a technician out to adjust the sensor. Last week i made a call to ADT as the siren was not working. I was assured by Ayanda that i would get a call back to get this sorted out. I have not got any call back for a number of days now to sort this urgent matter out. It appears ADT is not interested in keeping their clients happy.
