We contacted Adt to install a beam and for a alarm service 4 weeks ago. We were pushed between technical and sales to try to get an idea of what the cost would be. We were told that a salesman had to meet with us to quote. We met with the salesman and purchased a beam and advised that we would like the beam installed and the alarm serviced at the same time, saving both Adt and us time and money. This was done and paid for on 22 Nov. The technician came and advised that we had been sold the incorrect beam. We have phoned and e-mailed Adt 6 times to follow up on progresss, and no one has any answer on our matter. ADT have our money and no one bothers to contact us.
