Last Thursday night it was raining, I heard an explosion & the lights went out. The result was that the alarm system was disabled & the beam was no longer working. I called ADT immediately to register the complaint & was told that the complaint would be registered with the technical department. The following morning I called ADT again & spoke to Thabo the consultant. I explained that my alarm system is not working & I would appreciate someone coming out to repair it as soon as possible because the risk of being vulnerable is too great. Thabo assured me that he would escalate the matter to Candice & that she would call me shortly. Candice did not return my call. I called back 5 times between Friday & Monday and each time Candice was not available to speak to me. I was told she would call me back. It is almost one week later, Candice has not returned my call & my alarm system is still not working. ADT your service is deplorable. My security is non existent right now and you expect to get paid. You dont have the common courtesy to return my call neither do you bother to repair the beam. I have no faith in ADT anylonger.
