Bad attitude

I have received a letter of annual fees that will be deducted at the en of October for this years radio signal. I only signed up in July and had to pay this fees then. I then phone adt and the guy said his name was Bestwell, he was unhelpful saying oh if you don't want to pay then im going to make a note saying that adt will no longer come out if theres a problem. He is fast asleep I hope this is not the kind of staff that we have that suppose to protect us because what is the use!!! When he heard I was upset he said his name was Legolo. I want an adt Manager to get in contact with us and sort out these loose ends.
