We upgraded our ADT security system in our home about 2 months ago following a break in at our home. One of the new outdoor beams that was installed kept going off. So we have had a seried of 3 different technicians in who cklaim to have fixed the beam yet every second day the alarm goes off because of the faulty beam., We have spoken to over 10 people at ADT as we want the beam removed and a full refund but of course NO ONE has contacted us! This is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore we have been charged for extra call outs because of this beam. An absolute disgrace! We have been promised that a manager will contact us to arrange the removal of the beam and a refund so I was wondering if anyone else has heard form them because we have certainly not
