I had a Beam E recovery device fitted at Tiger Wheel & Tyre on 27 April 2013. I was happy with the price, service and what the Beam E entails. After the fitment I was told that the sertificate that I can supply to my insurer will be mailed to me by the following Monday the 29 April 2013. Well after numerous attempts and calls to Beam E to enquier about the sertificate I still have not recieved it and I means that I have no cover from my insurer in the case of or hi-jacking of my vehicle.
I was happy to pay for the device but I now know that I wasted my money and should rather have gone to somebody who actually cared about their clients.
I have also been in contact with the manager Tiaan at the Tiger Wheel outlet where I had the device fitted and no joy from there either. really bad service and I want the device removed and my monies refunded as this is not what I signed on for.
