I had endless hassles trying to get ADT to refund me after an installation was cancelled. After posting a complaint on hellopeter, Natasha Goliath from ADT customer services in Cape Town handled my complaint successfully to say the least-she was professional and courteous and understood my plight. The rest of the ADT staff from the credit department and call center should be trained under Natasha. I was refunded in full and two months subscription fees were not debited as a gesture of goodwill. Natasha has restored my faith in service delivery and maybe ADT.Thank you Natasha, you deserve a golden award.
