Armed response guard did not pitch

Last night shortly before midnight my alarm was set-off by something/ someone, and the control room called as usual and i said i don't know what it is so please send the guard. I waited for said guard for 15minutes before i went out myself to investigate! After i returned to my house i called the control room and told them not to worry but asked for a manager to call me and im still waiting.
