I am disappointed with the adt service recently. On Friday it took them 35 minutes to get to my house and on Saturday it took them 21 minutes. Today it's Friday, I am testing the service and it's been more than 20 minutes and they have not responded. I do not feel safe now anymore. A will brake into your house, kill the whole family and put us in bags, before adt responds. They will need to improve and that needs to happen ASAP. I switched on the device, logged on wrote to hellopeter and they still have not responded. Should be aware of this, they will brake into every house with adt in my area. I have a contract with you and I pay every month end, I expect adt to deliver in terms of service and that I can assure you it is currently not happening. I am done writing and they have not arrived yet.
