Ubuntu fails to react to an emergency callout

Last night at 18H52, i had a real emergency and wanted my security company to react (UBUNTU)..After pressing my PANIC BUTTON, Ubuntu took 3 minutes (18h55) to call me-the understanding was that they send out someone immediately, then call. I told the woman i need urgent assistance.
After 12 minutes i phoned Ubuntu to find out where they are, only to hear in the background how she dispatches someone for the first time to my address, i could hear how she spelled my address to the driver.
After 22 minutes (19H14) an Ubuntu bakkie arrived on the scene, meantime i sorted the threat out myself, putting myself and my family at danger - that's another story!
I showed the Ubuntu driver on my cell how long it took for them to react as proof of their failure to react.

If i hadn't phoned after 12 minutes, there would have been no reaction at all-i tested them before and found that on some occasions they did not react.

My neighbor's reaction company reacts within 4 - 5 minutes, without any calls-that is acceptable. So, if you are with UBUNTU, test them and see for your selves.
