NO RESPONSE ON PANIC ALARM BY UBUNTU

The contact numbers Ubuntu has to contact in case of an alarm on Ubuntu's system was changed on 6 August 2013 without my knowledge or authorization. It took me more than a week to get Ubuntu to load the correct numbers again on the system.

On 8 August 2013 my wife pressed the panic alert on the remote. Ubuntu failed to response to this alert with could have been a possible life threatening situation.

I am now trying for two months to get answers on the above or to get in contact with Elroy Cierenberg with no result. I do have a whole history of e-mails with avoiding answers from different people at Ubuntu including Maritza Klaasen, Mr Cierenberg's assistant. But no answer on my specific issues.

Now Ubuntu wants to charge me extra if they have to response on more than 4 alarms per month claiming that it is false alarms and my system is not working properly. That after their technical department has attended to my system more than once and assured me that there is nothing wrong with the system.
