We had people over on saturday night. when we went outside to sent friends off we saw 2 people in our drive way in a golf that was tampering with the cars. I immediately phoned our security company UBUNTU. the emergency number was not available and after trying a few times i phoned mtn to confirm that the number was correct. my husband for the next 10 minutes tried phoning with no response. i then pushed the panic button to try to get UBUNTU to phone us...we are still waiting. We have paid a premium for the last 2 years for what?????? No service.. Nothing. I am so disappointed. thank this was not serious and that we went out when we did otherwise everything could have been very different
