On New Years Eve we had a burglary. The only security company operating in our area is unfortunately Ubuntu. I requested a night guard to patrol our property. Predictably I had to pay their exorbitant fee up front. On the second night after the night guard started we were robbed again. Ubuntu had no plausible explanation why their guard did nothing. It is clear he was sleeping quite peacefully. Louis, of Ubuntu, undertook to send a patrol vehicle every 2 hours to check on the guard. That did not happen. His explanation was they were probably too busy. What an insult to their clients integrity. I tried on numerous occasions to make contact with their MD, Mr Elroy Cierenberg. He eventually did reply with an undertaking to investigate. I have had no feed back.
