I've sent a query to Ubuntu 16th Jan 2013. I bought two vouchers from Ubuntu for Hand, foot and back and neck massage at "Journey 2 Joy". Problem is that I've been struggling since I purchased the vouchers to get hold of the Spa. I tried both cellphone numbers on the voucher, but they never answered. The coupon codes are 7B3C7-02 and 5F47F-01. I hoped that Ubuntu would be able to credit the amounts to my Groupon account, or at least get in contact with the Spa for us to go for the treatments. I received one reply from Jana van Heerden on the 17th Jan 2013 that they would follow up and revert. After the 17th Jan I received no reply. Could somebody please inform me what's happening?
