Received a call at exactly 08:30am on the 21st of February 2013. Agent says my account is in arrears and I need to pay. I say but the debit order went through on the 25th. The agent says she is not willing to argue with me and drops the call. I call African Bank. My account is up to date. they can't deal with my complaint because I must call a consumer advocate on 011 256 9073. They are not available and I must leave a voicemail. If you are going to debit my account, don't call me and say I'm on arrears and be rude and drop the call and hide behind an "Unknown" number. I'm sick and tired of your arrogance. Listen to the recording and sort out your nonsense.
