A double deduction was affected off my account regarding arrears on the 30th of January 2013.
I have spoken to a collection agent from yourselves on the 22nd of January 2013 regarding an arrangement.
She requested whether a double debit order is in order as to which I declined and said that I will make a direct deposit when I receive my commission.
Hence, a double deduction occurred after which I requested that this should NOT be loaded.
I'm well aware of the repercussions regarding arrears and will pay the arrear amount.
I have not authorised a double deduction and request that the 2nd deduction funds be transferred back into my account immediately.
I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now, if the afore mentioned funds are not transferred back into my account if will initiate the following:
- Lay a formal complaint against the call centre who vehemently disregarded my instructions (and whom was extremely rude)
- Lodge a complaint with the Banking Association of South Africa and;
- The National Credit Regulato
