I called the Chubb customer service line to enquire as to why an additional R312 to my normal monthly premium was deducted rom my bank account. After waiting 7min and 23 seconds listening to insipid music and not having spoken to anyone yet, I called the emergency line, my call was taken and the lady who I spoke with told me that she would transfer me to the accounts department. I again listened to the music for 23 seconds until the receptionist answered. The receptionist in turn promised to transfer me to the accounts department, after 32 seconds of silence the phone went dead...
