Incorrectly charged

I have recently opted to change my account to a chq acc and the sales call was a breeze at the time. I was ofered to have my cards deliverd by courier and i asked how much this would charge i was told ther was no additional charge to this. Seconds after the card was deliveredi was charged R120. I havecalled customer careand been promised a call back in several occassions i have called the sales department andiv neen promised a call back and i still sit waiting for resolution and a refund! How Can We Help You??? Really?
It took FNB seconds to take my money and its taken over a week for someone to clarify or resolve this. I want my money refunded immediately! And reasoning to why this has taken so Long!??
