December last year (2012) my vehicle was written off in an accident. After receiving threatening letters from Tracker, I came to an agreement to pay a three month penalty and cancel my tracer subscription. Tracker have started to deduct a premium from my account again without any authorization from me in May this year (2013)
To try an contact their call center and speak to someone has left me frustrated.
