I am appalled with the services I received from Chubb, Chubb has deducted money from my account without my approval. I have contact their accounts department and spoke to a lady by the name of Suzanne. She assured me that they would credit my account, after a month I had noticed that they have deducted the full amount for my monthly services. I contacted Suzanne and they came up with a solution that they would transfer the amount to me after two weeks, it being a month now and Chubb has not contacted nor returned my money
