Debited my account without my authorisation

I live protea glen soweto. I signed up with a Chubb security agent/salesperson in march 2013. The agent informed me that the first month will be free which means my first installment will be end of april 2013. Chubb debited my normal monthly installment on the 2nd of September 2013. To my suprise they debited my account again on the 21st of September 2013. When i enquire i was told i am owing March 2013 installement which i was informed it would be for free. I contacted the agent/salesperson who confirmed that it was for free. He then directed me to a Leanne who deals with finance and she promised to come back to me about refunding me. A week later i called her since she was not coming back to me and this time she said to it would be easier to skip one month than to refund me which i agreed with but then she said she will get back to me to confirm. Almost two weeks has gone by without a response form her. Today i tried calling her to check for progress and the lady at the reception keeps directing my call to a person called Desmond who just picks and drop the phone on me. Whenever i tried explaining this to the receptionist she just transfer me to this Desmond.
