On the 29th Oct I received an email from Mr Weyers promising me my refund. Last week I contacted him again he then promised me a free month for November. I contacted accounts now and they told me no your account will be debited as there is nothing on the system for a free month. This is so unacceptable. Chubb now wants to deduct my monthly installment but didnt pay my refund. This does not even make business sense. I phone the Call Centre spoke to Beauty thinking she will assist to my dissapointment she tranfers me to the receptionist. Y must I struggle like this. I am taking this further with the Ombudsman if this is not treated as urgent.
