Chubb security cannot do my account recon to prove that i'm really in arrears with them. i have ask the lady in accounts named Vanessa and she told me that to do a recon for my account will only take a day even today i am still waiting since last Tuesday.
Today when i called she told me that Jane was suppose to do it but it seems like it was never done. i am very angry at this company because it keeps on doing as it pleases on my bank account and no one can explain to me why they keep on debiting me triple the amount i am suppose to pay.
the MD or CEO of the company is reading this please note that i am opening a case in CPA for this query and i want all my money reversed to my bank account.
