I called C-track this morning to change the contact number on the account. My word, I waited 15 minutes for someone to answer and then they pick up and promptly put the phone down. I call back wait again for the receptionist to answer and she answers in AFRIKAANS. I explain about changing the number and am now put ther to support dept. For five minues I listen to music, and a lady answers says I am at the wrong dept and that she was going to transfer me back to the swtichboard. 20 minutes later, I was still listening to music. I dialled their number again while hanging on the the office line, and was put thru after another 5 minutes to a Adrian Cloete who promised to update my account with the new cellphone number. I shall wait for their response with bated breath and very little faith.
