This issue is still going on with me finding certain parts of my alarm were disconnected entirely during a re-wiring of my house. When I eventually get through to the call center they tell me that they will escalate to a manager. I wait and only receive a call the following day from the same call center person (NOT the manager) who wants to book a call out. They inform me that they will be charging for the callout. They want to charge for a callout to fix the stuff up they caused. When I ask to get put through to a manager they tell me that they are busy with other agents, however they weren't busy a few seconds before to tell the agent to tell me that they will be charging me. Untrustworthy company. Another sign of a useless service provider only interested in ripping you off.
