ADT not responding to my problem

There was a rep from ADT at my premises 2 Saturdays back and found that I was given the wrong advice. The wrong type of beam was installed in my garage aria.

The person that was at my premises is called Jackson.

Jackson confirm that he would report this matter to Jacques and that Jacques would contact me.

Again I have had no response and I do not know if I need to again escalate the matter to the board of directors and Tyco international.

Please can I urgently have feedback on this matter now.

You would notice that the alarm went off about 5 times on Monday the 23rd of September, and again today, I still have not received a call back on the outcome on today's alarm activation in any case.
