I have had arguments with Tracker before and have Won, but this "customer care team leader" is a piece of work.
he never calls me back, gets smart with me on emails and now refuses to reply to any email i sent.
i have since BLOCKED tracker from debiting me for the "annual increase" which i have never had in the HORRIBLE 2 years that i have been stuck with them...
i advise tracker to get hold of me if they want their money for a service that just costs and costs
