MyUnisa forgotten password

I tried to change my initial myUnisa password and the next thing I know I was not able to access my profile. I have used the forgotten password option and I have not received any SMS advising me about how to go about resetting new password. I have the same problem with myLife too. I cannot recollect the secret security question answer required when seeking password re-set. Please help.
