I was charged for 3 months but no service provided. My alarm went off on the 7th Sept no one responded from chubb. Again it happened today the 14th and i phone to find out if they are still monitoring since no one responded again and i was told the last time they had a signal was the 5th of July which was the day i asked them to test
This means Ive been paying but they were not monitoring my house. I want to cancel the contract asap because i dont trust Chubb any more and I cant risk with my family by relying on them to secure our house because they are failing to do that. What I find strange is that this is only happening after i complained about being overcharged and they had to refund me. Please advise what I must do to cancel this contract
