2nd HELLOPETER COMPLAINT NO RESPONSE FROM CHUBB

I emailed again on 25 Sept to be told the following by Anthea Sedgewick:

Dear Mrs. Klaasen

Unfortunately the billing for the cellphone monitoring will still come off in Oct as the 12th Sept was too late to remove it. It will be removed from 1 Nov onwards.

I also work 4a big organisation & if a client requests to have a service cancelled before the next debit order we cancel it & refund whatever is applicable, the client has nothing 2do with the SLA or the processes in the company. Last week my husband spoke 2a manager by the name of Chris & he informed him that if the service had not been activated on my cellphone that they would give a reduction & the monthly fee will R295.00. I tested the service on my cellphone & it's not working which tells me that it was never activated on Chubb's side but I must pay for the service which I dont think is right. I've called emailed & even logged a complaint on Hello Peter & still no response from Chubb except for the automated response.
I would like the cellphone monitoring service to be cancelled & I don't want2pay for the Oct fee & I want all the R49.00's refunded & CHUBB to be held accountable. Pls don't send an automated message
