Thank you Brandon for excellent, unbelievable prompt and quick service..I called for help on info about new installation. He called back and gave me all details with patience.
I asked him to call back, yes He did. I then took a contract and he made appointment with technicians and gave me each and every step and update as requested by me.
Thank yo for keeping to your word, you do not have empty promises and false apologies.
Your attitude is sooooo great, I did not have option but to take that contract with matrix.. I stil struggle to get such a service because of so much employees rights.
