I had a burglary at my house on the 17 July 2013 and items were from LEDs, jewelry to bedroom dressing drawer. I came back home from work and found out that Chubb never responded or called me. I was the one who informed Chubb about the incident. Chubb personnel indicated to me that they did not receive a signal and that was the reason why they didn't respond. A technician was booked to come out and he told me that there was nothing wrong with my system. I was advised by Chubb early last year to replace my old system with a new one because I wanted to include outside beams. I realized that what I was told by the sales rep from Chubb was not entirely true. Chubb insist that it is not their mistake or problem that they did not get a signal. I want Chubb to replace my items. McQueen Adams insist that they are not an insurance company, they should take responsibility.
