I've requested by email and via their call centre for copy invoices of my monthly accounts (which they never sent to me) for the months from 1 August 2012 to 1 May 2013 inclusive - 2 emails - 3 calls to their so-called customer care department - how difficult can it be to do this? - and here I sit waiting, waiting, waiting...
I'm sure if I missed a monthly payment I'd be hearing from them straight away!
Come on guys - pull finger and get someone to action the above please!
