I called ADT call centre on 12/04/2013 to request a copy of an email to be re-sent to me with regards to monthly premium increase. The consultant promised she would do it immediately... still waiting. On Monday, 15/04/2013 I called the call centre again, after being transferred to 4 different people, when I was eventually put through to accounts department, I was cut off. I then logged my request via their website. I got an automated email back saying that they will be in touch within 24 hours - this was on the 15th April. I am STILL waiting for a copy of the email or for someone/anyone to contact me! Pay attention to your admin process ADT!!
