I have been a ADT customer for about 10 years,
Over the last couple of months they have decided that I should be paying for someone else's ADT billing.
Now I'm paying for two accounts, were I only have one. This matter has been braught to there attention, but no feedback is given or no one seems interested.
To date, R3524.78 has been debited from my account, for payment of someone elses account.
Is it time ADT has a charge of laid against them? This is from my account.
Mr R Rawlins, is this a matter you can perhaps help with? Your staff cant seem to.
