I have been an adt customer for 10 years. For 2 years My alarm goes off at least twice a day during the day. I get constant calls from thecall centre even though they know my system is faulty. Then i get notified about excessive call out fee when ive told them not to respond? I've had the technicians there to try resolve with no luck. Replaced transmitters and beams etc as well. Adt call centre do not understand my problem. So frustrated and dont know how to resolve this.
