BILLING FOR EXCESSIVE RESPONSE

Good ADT... Since the beginning of May, i've battled to get ADT Tech to come out to fix my faulty alarm which was fiited in Oct/Nov 2012... Finally a TECH member came out on 8th May 2013.. Fix some wiring & said all ok... Two days later Alarm still going off during day.. Again many calls to ADT was told someone will come out.. No luck... I then went to HELLO PETER site... Next day "millions" of calls but yet again not Action or results.. Was told Tech member will come out to fix faulty alarm on 28th May 2013 between 12h30 & 17h00.. I took halfday to be at home!!!.. Yet again No one came!!! Phoned ADT on 29th to complain.. ADT had no Freaken clue that no one came out!!! Could not believe it!!! If i had not phoned to complain nothing was going to happen. Was then promised TECH member will come out after work on 30th May 2013. Supprisingly someone came & found faulty wirring... Fix it & since then Alarm 100%..

To my amazimend, i got a email today 3rd June 2013 saying "Re: Billing for Excessive Responses".. Due to poor service in May, ADT response member had to come out many times exceeding allowed 1 - 5...

ADT must refund me for 12 days i could not use my alarm!!! A Credit Pls
